I'm just happy decks are still being made. I would be thrilled with an all DD deck honestly. Love the sub decks Swizzle is working on.
I dont believe there is a shortage of units that precludes more decks (more than one) but the issue is going to be interest in the community to carry development and the expense of printing.
I was talking to some people about a 'all reprints deck' a few months ago. Producing sister or operational cards for units that have a Wotc sculpt available. I think that could work well to keep cards coming
I would accept a reprint deck or a limited reprint deck. The number of cards that would be produced in my opinion should be reduced from 72 to 40-60 cards.

It could be done with all reprints. The "old timers" here know I used to be famous for my lists back in the WotC days. Mainly to counter all the naysayers back then that kept saying more sets couldn't be done. (And this was back when there were only a couple of sets!) This is a list I have been tinkering with for awhile. It manages to maintain an "okay" mix and balance IMO. Still room for a couple more. I am a little light on aircraft and those are easy to repeat. However, it should be noted that coming up with unique SA packages for these won't be easy. Most "niches" have been filled. We really, really struggled with the last deck because of this. We would definitely get our fill of DDs with this list.

Love the deck weeds. Though I'd replace Athabaskan and Swansea with a Liberator, Catalina and/or Sunderland
At least one of those would fine with me. I think I would replace Athabaskan with one of the aircraft. Swansea is a museum ship so those tend to be popular, but maybe not? Plus we have another Tribal class in Australia.
Which of the three aircraft do you think would be best? I am thinking the Sunderland would probably be the strongest game-wise.

Swansea isn't a museum ship. She was sold for scrap in 66. But she was built in Canada as opposed to being given to us from somewhere else.
Athabaskan met a tragic fate and so would be a nice honour.
Personally, I'd like to explore making a useful Liberator before trying to compete with the already strong Sunderland or making yet another pby

My bad. I guess is confused Swansea with Sackville.
Liberators were certainly very successful at ASW in the Atlantic. Aircraft were especially good at suppression by forcing U-boats to submerge where they couldn't keep up with a convoy. They sank a lot of subs too of course.
