Didnt the AAAF rules provide for anti-air emplacements?
I don't know much about the AAAF version of the game, so not sure if they have rules for AA emplacements. For my design I will use WaS rules for naval battles and AAM for land battles. I'm going to avoid using AAAF rules to simplify things. But if they do have something covering AA emplacements then perhaps they can be translated into a land version rule.
They do, I don't recall exactly what they are now, but I used them for AA from Arizona in a Pearl Harbor sim a few years back.

The problem here is that there's a lot of operational performance and functional nuance that gets lost when we talk about representing complex machines from almost 80 years ago with four numbers. Unfortunately that's just the nature of the game, it's compounded further by this instance being a never built variant. We can strive to be as accurate as possible with the information at hand, but it's impossible to get much beyond 'close enough' with the game as it's structured.
Personally I'd buy anything that has a card to go with it apart from neutrals (which I don't use) and x2 for planes.
I have made a list in the shapeways section of printed cards needing minis and then you have those in this deck.
I don't want to clog this thread up too much with this but maybe if we get others saying what they would like, it might be easier to start a thread up somewhere. Apart from what Variable did with his mini request thread a bit back, I can't really remember this being done.
Hopefully we can get a few on board for more minis and fill the voids.
Maybe a thread in the Shapeways forum?
Worth a try, might also be worthwhile asking the modellers directly on Shapeways, I've heard some will take direct commissions.

I think the core take-away for this kind of inaccuracy is that War at Sea should be treated as a game with simulation elements rather than a simulation with game elements - if ever something feels like it should be different because history was different you can bet it's done to make gameplay easier.
