Greetings all. I am looking to see who has good ideas on the best way to store your miniatures. I see from the old thread the suggestion of the Plano 7771 Guide Series Tackle System. Does anyone else have a good suggestion for the ships? I am putting my cards into a 3 ring binder with 9 per page sheets. Thanks in advance!
My figs are in screw-storing cases. Cards are separated in two lots : one sleeved in a couple of card boxes for play (1 reference card of each), other are stored with the figs in a dedicated slot. Some spares kept in a deck protector box aside.
It's also important to note that I use a bit thicker than normal card sleeves on all my cards. They are the grey label ones from fantasy flight. I have a lot more confidence to use the cards in any sort of reasonable situation without having to baby them when they are in those sleeves. Greasy food, open drinks, whatever. They can take it.

Yeah, I use Fantasy Flight "Standard Card Game Size" FFS05 clear sleeves. They are a little thicker than the standard "penny" sleeves. I noticed the better quality with the sleeves on the cards 12-7-gamer was sending me from his store and asked him what they were. They cost a little more and they can also be hard to find. Even though they are a little thicker and better quality they still fit the card snug enough to slip the them into the 9 pocket 3-ring binder sleeves. In fact, I can put up to three of them into a single pocket on a sleeve. Don't leave home without them!
