So I agree it should be sent with a cost of 7 and tell the PT that "8 is a consideration."

The JRS-79B1 was the the finial derivative built by Romania powered by 2 junkers jumo 211F engines from the Italian tri- motored SM-79. In 1942 fearing Soviet naval landings 2 squadrons of these aircraft were placed near coast to counter that threat and to interdict convoys. They created a new style of attack including the forward firing 20mm cannon and low level bombing attacks to some effect but at higher attrition rate.
