Id absolutely back 2 u510s over 5 of these. If you go all in then yes it powerful but by the same token an sort of tb/pb swarm will flatten them.
If tour playerswerent pt'ing would they have selected these over other alternatives?
To answer your question, at least one would... they love swarms and while they can't take objectives they are safer to take than a fleet of 6pt destroyers.
As for the swarm of TB/PB's... that's part of the rock/paper/scissors of the game.
