I think I've had my coordinates mixed up. Yorktown and the Atlanta were in J3 and should now be in H4, and Hoel and Phelps should be one sector down (I want them to be able to reach the objective next turn, not that I can hold it).

Is the solo Atlanta where you want? I think the problem was that the map doesn't have the even sectors labeled, and A2 is slightly up and over from A1. So, H4 is slightly up and over from H3. I just need to move the ships in the even-numbered sectors down one.
