Flak, I like where you're going with this. Kind of like Coastal Deployment, except instead of deploying adjacent to a island, it could deploy to the same sector as a friendly sub. Probably needs the same "can't take objectives on turn 1 or turn 2" statement, and SAs like Infiltrator need to be considered.
