Bringing this forward. I think this was the latest proposal. Keep as is but drop the cost from 13 to 11?
Some are suggesting drop one SA to justify the drop in cost.
Playtesters suggesting increasing Kamikaze to 11 die. Adding "Press the Attack" verbage to Kamikaze attack.

Kamikaze Attack - This unit can make a 10 dice Bomb attack instead of a Torpedo attack during your Air Attack phase. Destroy this unit after the attack.
At the start of the war the Japanese did not have a fast two-engine bomber like the Ju-88 or the B-25 Mitchell. The Imperial Japanese Navy issued a request for a fast bomber in 1940, and the P1Y ‘Ginga’ (Milky Way) prototype first flew in August 1943. Although production P1Ys - Allied code name “Frances” - were delivered in late 1943, the high-performance engines were unreliable, and the bomber was not accepted into naval service until October 1944. Once in operation the P1Y turned out to be a fast and respected aircraft, but it came too late to have a significant impact on the war.

@ RAEVSKI, what do you think of a cost of 11? This puts it in the top rank of bombers in the game. Although it has a somewhat powerful attack profile, it can only do one kind of attack per turn. Also, the lack of any "Defensive Armament' SA makes it fairly vulnerable in 1944-45 IMO.
