On 6 November 1941, USS Somers and USS Omaha captured the German freighter Odenwald that was sailing disguised as the American merchantman Willmoto. The confiscation was ruled legal because Odenwald was operating under a false registration. The crews of both US ships eventually received the last prize money ever awarded by the US Navy. Somers went on to participate in the interception of two more blockade runners in the Atlantic during the war. While supporting the invasion of Southern France she sank the German corvette UJ6081 and the sloop SG21 at the Battle of Port Cros.

I think more emphasis on point crois woukd be preferable. Slim down the blockade runner stuff.

While supporting Operation Dragoon, the invasion of Southern France Somers decisively defeated two german ships at the Battle of Port Cros. First detecting the corvette UJ6081. Somers immediately make a successful torpedo attack. A second, sloop SG21, approached to assist the sinking corvette. However was rapidly engaged and sunk by the Somers gunnery.

Interestingly, I have three books that describe the Battle off Point Cros and none of them mention Somers firing torpedoes. The books all say Somers accurate gunfire first set the SG21 into a blaze and then she chased the UJ6081 down again using accurate gunfire to sink it. The torpedo and SG21 coming to aid the UJ6081 described in Wikipedia is not backed up by the published references.
I also think it is almost more interesting that the Somers' crew received the last prize money awarded by the US Navy. Note that the US was not yet at war when they confiscated the German ship. But the Admiralty court granted them a legal confiscation because the German ship was operating under a false registration and flag. So after a lot of US court activity in the crews of the Somers and Omaha finally received payment after the war.
So how about this?
On 6 November 1941, USS Somers and USS Omaha confiscated the German freighter Odenwald because she was sailing disguised as the neutral American merchantman Willmoto. The crews of both US ships eventually received the last prize money ever awarded by the US Navy. Somers participated in the interception of two more blockade runners in the Atlantic during the war. While supporting the invasion of Southern France before dawn, Somers’ radar detected the approach of the German corvette UJ6081 and the sloop SG21. Both ships were sunk by Somers’ accurate gunfire at the Battle off Port Cros.

SAs Code Intercepts - At the end of the second player's Sea Movement step, you may place this unit in an adjacent sector that contains an enemy Auxiliary. Lay Smoke Screen- Instead of attacking during your Surface Attack step, this unit can make a local smoke screen. A sector containing a smoke screen blocks line of sight. A unit in a smoke screen has concealment. Remove the smoke screen at the end of the next turn. Defective Torpedoes 1 - Whenever this unit would make a Torpedo attack, roll a die. On a 1, the attack automatically misses instead.

Small thing but what about swapping captured back for confiscated on the text. Probably a terminology thing but when I hear confiscated I think of something being taken away from an unruly school kid who's been disrupting class. I have visions of Somers steaming up to this ship and metaphorically putting it in its pocket!
No biggie though!
