I have the others at slightly higher cost than originally given so I would say higher end as well. FC6 trumps Ex.Dog for me so 18 is too low. It looks around 19.5+ but with it being FC6 and not FC5, I would give it 20.
"That's right son, join the navy. Get behind a bloody big gun and knock the hell out of somebody"
"We went out, got our arses kicked, then came back again"
I think we can say RB did a little soul searching with correcting cost in set 2 Task Force;
So i believe Illustrious sets a good standard for her Class;
Why Victorious came in at 18; probably for 2 reasons one less SA and being a little competitive with the German and Italian CV's Zeppelin, Aquila;;game play
Formidable was done at 20 pts. and we all know Indomitable was a slightly improved design; Meaning it should be around 20 to 21 pts.
If it stays with its current three SA's 20 pts i believe stays true to how the whole class has been represented.
TORPEDO DEFENSE 1: Each torpedo hit rolled against this unit deals 1 less point of hull damage.
EXPERT BOMBER: Once per turn, you may choose a friendly Dive Bomber. That Dive Bomber rolls one extra attack die when making Bomb attacks this turn.
FIGHTER COVER 6: Once per turn during the Antiair phase, you may make a 6-dice Antiair attack against enemy aircraft within range 3. This attack is in addition to your normal Antiair attack. The Escort ability works against this attack.
HMS Indomitable was originally planned as the fourth Illustrious-class carrier but was modifies during construction to include a second hanger deck on top of the first. This allowed her to carry a fourth twelve plane squadron. After grounding in the Caribbean she was unable to join Force Z at Singapore. Following repairs Indomitable joined the Eastern Fleet where she survived the Japanese raid into the Indian Ocean before transferring to the Mediterranean where she survived bomb hits, near misses, and torpedo damage. At war’s end she was again operating in the Far East.
