Ok so it looks like as you guys said, I got scammed. I am getting the refund from PayPal though, so I think it’s all good in the end. Just a bummer. I’ll be on the lookout to report listings like this in the future.
Oh, I miss the glory days of WaS Set 1 and 2 lots for sale on eBay. Due to the abomination that was British " turrets of the new sculpts from Set 3 onwards, I bought 10 Hoods real cheap from an eBay seller. No cards. The proceeded to strip all the QE, Renown/Repulse and Revenge class gun turrets and add in the much better detailed and separate gunned Hood turrets.

The trick here is to look at the sellers reputation. This guy has Zero.
Wish i would have read this early late last night bought the USN fleet for under $20 I guess it is some kind of scam; have to keep a close watch out ; should have known to good to be true.

This has been happening with LEGO too. I belong to several LEGO collector groups on Facebook and people have found great deals out of China on eBay for hard to find, high value sets. It's a scam by someone to make a bit of money off of Paypal's expense. Paypal refunds the buyer and the seller gets their account deleted, only to start another one.
