Adding some info I had on the old forum since it's been a few years and my WAS mind isn't as knowledgeable anymore so will need help remembering things if I play again (have tentative plans for next weekend to get some was gaming in).

I would love to see this group start playing again. My oldest daughter is starting school in Kitchener this fall and that works for visiting/gaming in one trip.

I am hoping to start playing maybe once every month or 2 and get back into things, I was talking to John and have tentative plans to have a WAS gaming Sunday with him and Brian this Sunday but it depends on what happens with their xwing nationals this weekend they are big into that game now.
It's been soo long I don't even know if JBC let's you show up and use a table still or if there is a charge or what now.

Hot Lead is this weekend in Stratford.
A very good con IMO
Unfortunately my weekend is pretty booked but going forward I am up to playing any game, I haven't done any boardgames in 3 years I would probably need to relearn all of them.
Also just saw on Facebook that JBC is closing shop, unfortunate news.
Yeah I am always game to play we will have to set something up some time .
That is very sad news.
Where would we play??
Does Brian still live by?
Legends in Vaughan is still open and is probably near the middle for travel.
Brantford has a gaming group that plays out of a church so lots of room , hopefully something else similar is in kw people play at stuff at the Phoenix but I have never been plus the store might not want to support WAS because it's not a game that will bring in any revenue for the store.
My house is an option if you can tolerate boisterous children and two huge dogs
Wouldn't bother me , also I have noticed a lot of venues hold rpg nights maybe we could market our gaming activities as a bit more of a genre bending ww2 rpg wargaming to get access.
