I know my way around the program and i'm considering importing some assets and perhaps host some games for those interested.

One of the members spent quite a bit of time setting up WaS on the Vassal system.

Playing games in tabletop sim is as easy and intuitive as playing them in real life, if not more.

Yes, the map you see is work in progress, it'll be standard war at sea grid, for a long range scenario.

And yes you can import any of the was maps found on the forums, and scale them appropriately ingame. It's a quick process. You can have them all preimported, and draw them out of a bag at random. Can even make individual tiles for islands and shoals as well.
