Is USS Panay a valid unit choice?

Watch out that might start as much controversy as a 9 pt. P-38

I've read this before or posted similar.

As far as turning it into a unit we would have to analyze its speed and ocean worthiness. The stat line would not be impressive but I reallybdig the unit history part. It puts Pearl Harbor and the whole Pacific war in a longer term perspectice.

Personally instead of getting a fantasy ship or every destroyer of a class I'd vote for it.

       Have to take that back;; you guys should drink more;; not to much though you may not be able to find it on the map;
BUT than again the game does have PT boats.
