Once again your islands look amazing. I went looking on the net for some islands and think I found your web page "AussieMini's"?
If it is your site it says you sell them on eBay, are you still selling them?
If it's not and you're not selling them you have inspired me to make my own. I've brought all the materials and tools in your post.
I've cut and sanded the MDF bases, cut and shaped the foam. How do you apply the paster mix? Do you brush it on or use a putty knife?
I will post some pictures soon of my progress. :-)
