Victory Conditions: 1000 total VPs
Reinforcements: Are earned 1:1 Hull-points destroyed and special VPS, or equal to "doubles"' on sector initiative rolls
Class Limits: "Highlander"
Theatre Setup:
Theatre maps used standard battle map without islands.
Faction home sectors(rows 1 &11) are adjacent the land airbase, provide Advanced Naval Base, Seaplane Base - geography is the "savo island map/ORB 6"
Sectors adjacent to home sectors are open ocean.
Each time a sector is entered by a ship or submarine for the first time D10 roll is made to identify local geography - Maps for island sectors are unique.
Aircraft take 1 rearming marker per theatre sector distance from a battle.
Capture of Sectors:
Sectors are captured by the the landing mechanic on a island in that sector
Installations can be established on islands when;
adjacent units have sum special ability values greater than the installation and reinforcements are available to pay the full cost of the installation.
Installation control can be transferred by a successful landing.
Reinforcement Mechanics:
Are declared and deducted at the end of sector turn.
Are limited to one of each classification/subtype.
Are deployed in the home sector or in a sector with a appropriate installation.
Are of hull points equal or less than the total number of appropriate installations in theatre.
Special Abilities;
Each Sector turn resets "once per game" special abilities.
Repairs:
Units in a sector with an advanced naval base may
repaired by 1 hull point at reinforcement cost equal to its armour value
scrapped for reinforcement points equal to its vital armour value
