Just picked up the rulebook for fun and can't believe it, seems it's WaS redux with some of the tricks and special rules all bound up in a new book; D10s instead of 6s and a host of other minor changes.

Even the manufacturer admits the similarity to W@S:
A familiar but totally new game for those who seek the thrill and challenge of naval conflict in all theaters of World War II. For those who have played Axis & Allies War & Sea, these rules may feel familiar, but there are many improvements and distinctions from the classic game...
"Buyer Beware" This game has received a problematic review from Boardgamegeek:
An incomplete game! Notwithstanding the product description, this does NOT include the cards required for play. Nor is there even a listing of what the cards should be. IMHO, it’s a scam.

Not going to say it is actually an incomplete game... but not very straightforward to know what exactly you need. There are many files available and it is easy to forget the core ones that are needed. I agree it is not very clear which are the cards available for each deck (specially which are the ships that come with some decks)
