I'd like to get some more feedback on the commander cards before we mark them ready.
The comp i'm proposing is
200 points/Year Unlimited
Players will randomly draw an admiral, and will build a fleet with said admirals nation (20% allies unit max)
The victorious commanders and players advance.
In subsequent rounds commanders are randomly assigned again.
