Help? Trying to identify 3D print (similar to Hayasui)

I have a 3D print that I'm pretty sure came from Squint, but I'm looked at his shop on Shapeways for the last hour and can't find a ship that looks like this.  This ship is identical to the Hayasui oiler, except the deck is flipped and it's smaller.  I thought it might be a 1/2400 print of the Hayasui, but that doesn't explain the deck being reversed.  Is it possible for a 3D print to print as a "mirror image?"  Or were there smaller oilers in the IJN fleet?  

I'm stumped.  Thanks for any leads or ideas.
