Format: Random assignment of players to nations; knock out advancement
No expectation of prizes, but good excuse for a few games and to play fleets you wouldn't usually.
Games will be 100 points
Games will be 1942 limited
All nations are able to use installations
If agreed between players, you may play higher values and adjust reported Victory points down. Ie Agreed game size 200 points = Ending VPs/2 (rounded down)
As there are no prizes for victory, players are encouraged to use classifucation parity. Dont use classifucations of ship your opposing nation can't match in kind. This is not binding, only an aspiration for fair play
I decided that a playoff style is the most pratical for us, as we'll let people play 1 red/yellow and 1 blue fleet each. From the lowest result below i'll fill the tree
1 3 2 4 So on.
Where players will "meet themselves" the fleet with the greatervpoints aggregate will advance automatically.
Handicaps; Is there any interest in applying a handicap. Each player would be able to select a nation to deduct 5 points from thier fleet size and give to another. This would happen before you are assigned any fleets. [Were playing 100 point fleets/3 objective standard games]
