Having not played for over 2 years, a friend and I will be doing a dive back into the game. While he mainly has Italians and a few other pieces (having only added some recently), I have 9 large tackle boxes full. I have all the WotC printed stuff, as well as ~ 75% of the fan printed ships. Of all the minis and decks, I have at least 1 of every named ship from light cruiser and above (most cruisers I added sisters), while keeping 4 of every DD, sub, plane, aux, etc for every nation. My IJN, Kriegsmarine, USN, and Italians all have Reachers excellent acrylic bases. Once I finish basing the odd 100-200 planes I have ready, I plan to purchase bases for my Brits and Soviets. For those who remember from the good old contest days, the old farts here may remember that over 90% of my KM, IJN, and RN are fully painted, plus a good mix of others. I've been scanning Shapeways again to try to fill out ships from the last 2 decks.
Is I'm sorting and categorizing over the next few days, I'll post some pictures on the facebook site. With luck may inspire others to do the same to reinvigorate the group.
Lastly, if anyone has any spare Italian or British ships/planes at decent prices, please let me know as I'd like to help my friend with his collection.
