I have checked the clarifications doc and can't see anything.
The Coastal Facility special ability says, "If you deploy it in a coast or island sector, line of sight to and from this unit isn't blocked by that coast or island."
Is this referring only to the coast/island sector the installation is deployed on, or to all coast/island sectors that physically form part of the same coast/island on which the installation is deployed?
i.e., If an installation is deployed on an island sector that is part of a double island, would the other sector of the island block line of sight? As written I would say no, otherwise it would say "If you deploy it in a coast or island sector, line of sight to and from this unit isn't blocked by that coast or island sector." But I'm not sure if that was the intention?
