Trying something out "priority orders"

Something I have been trying out lately is a bit of a riff (but much different) on the secret mission approach is "priority orders cards". Where i have created many cards with certain "orders" that the player has to follow in a battle, they don't affect VP or winning per say but script certain actions to provide some flavour to matches and create some interesting counter and protection strategies. Using sometimes a few or many in a match.

Example of a few as there is hundreds of options;

- Submarines must target auxiliaries first before other units if able to.

- Crippled ships must move towards the controlling players starting area.

- Battleships gain shore bombardment + 3 and must perform once before being able to take an objective.

- Auxiliaries gain vital cargo + 3

- Your force must contain at least 1 Auxiliary unit (that is a build requirement one different then the others which you can either take cards for before or after you construct your build depending on how you want to play).

- cards can apply for both players or just 1 player with each having different cards, build force requirements can include certain style of ships, historical event flavour, specific ships, nation requirements, order of battle, years etc
