I think Maus is using an existing medic card. We would have to ask him what he is using.

Somewhere along the way we had a card made (I think by Thor) titled "Combat Medic" which was a generaic card that could be used by any nation. I'll see if I can find it again. I don't know where it's posted if at all. If not I'll try to scan it and post it.
