Well, Hap's spreadsheet has a builder element to it. Have we linked the current version to the new boards?

Honestly, I tend to use my own Excel form to build my fleets, but Hap's is far superior - I'm just used to mine (and lazy about change).

The spreadsheet by Hap does everything you need. For example, if you are in a 1942 battle, you can deselect all 1943, 1944 and 1945 units, so you won't take any illegals. You can delete Hull 6 BB's, etc. Whatever your rules, it will do it for you.
The current version does all WoTC and all Team Sea Gods decks/cards, too!
