I don't play nearly as often as I used to my work and other demands are just too busy these days but I do get to play a few times a year and like trying out new things that make for fun matches.
I am rather curious what happens next with either WOTC/Hasbro and Axis and Allies and Axis and Allies itself. Because of the Facebook groups I run i have had WOTC/Hasbro contact me regarding promotion of the zombie game and Beam dog did a large giveaway with my one group of the new digital Axis and Allies 1942 game so I have gotten to talk a little bit with them regarding the brand itself and curious what they are going to do next.....if anything.
War at sea is definatley my favourite though and what I keep a watch out for the most regarding players, game mats, terrain, units, scenarios, formats, game systems etc for new twists.
Painting more minis! And continuing to play with my local game clubs.
I am finally almost finished with painting every new sculpt in the first deck. Yup, after 10 years I am only just now closing in on completing the first deck. Of course, I bounce around through all the decks to "cherry pick" some of the more interesting and diverse units. But I have also kept an eye on occasionally rolling back to deck 1 units along the way to complete at least one set - even the "bookmarks."
