This is one I missed. The game Victory at Sea has included them in that game so I was curious to find out what they were. Only two prototypes were built.

I wonder about that, too. Meanwhile, according to BattleScribe's latest Warlord: Victory at Sea roster plugin v1, when choosing Italy's Regia Marina, one can only choose from the Reggiane Re.2000 Falco II as a Fighter or as a (level) Bomber for the Aquila-Class Carrier, 12 flights total. So, even though the ship itself is a hypothetical there are no other choices, not even the planned use of a navalized version of the Junkers Ju 87 Picchiatello (Stuka Dive-Bomber), the obvious choice as was done with War at Sea. One can still get the Ju 87 as a standalone Aircraft Flight, as well as the Breda Ba.201 Dive-Bomber, just not on the carrier itself. Not sure how that tallies with the book, because so far I only have the Mongoose v1 2006 rules and the 2007 supplement. I definitely plan to get the new VaS book, but am waiting to tally up a purchase of several items for when I do.
I wish they would just the cards without the minis. I am sure they think they will make more money selling the minis, but I suspect they are losing more potential players. Maybe they get more money selling miniatures to the hard core fans than they would gain from more customers just buying cards.

I saw this recently as well, even drew up a custom card I've been fiddling with here and there for it. I personally thought the SAs of "Great Agility" and "Coastal Shipping Attack" fit well with it, though I haven't finalized my card yet. Can't narrow down what I consider to be a fair point value in comparison to the Italian Stuka.

Speaking of units without WaS cards in the Warlord reboot of Victory at Sea, I can't seem to find a War at Sea card for one of the cruisers in the French Navy Marine Nationale Fleet box (which includes Bearn and Richelieu, 3x cruisers, 3x DD and 4x LN.401 DB). While the Forumini Kraken (Deck 4) MN Leopard DD card covers the included Chacal-class destroyers, the French cruiser Jeanne d'Arc (1930) does not seem to even have a fan made card. It had 8 × 155 mm (6.1 in)/50 guns in 4 double turrets (2 bow, 2 aft) and 2 × 550 mm (22 in) torpedo tubes (2 × 1), as well as other light armament, in its initial loadout. It was used as a cadet training ship before the war but did participate in operations during the war. Here is the Wikipedia page on it:
It had the same main guns, but far fewer torpedoes than the MN La Motte-Picquet CL, and it was a lot slower, so I would expect it to be less than 12pts in game.

It was nominated once or twice, but never made the cut on voting. Probably because the slow training vessels do not play very well in the game.

Too bad, now that it has a pretty nice looking sculpt in a currently available fleet box in the same scale. The slower speed of this French light cruiser Jeanne d'Arc (1930) would make it a suitable and cost effective escort for the slow carrier Béarn, which it coincidentally escorted IRL.
