OPENING SALVO Atlantikwall -38cm and Seaplane Base

We're done!!! In celebration, HAVE AN OPENING SALVO!!
First up is the 38cm Atlantikwall. We wanted this to fit with the Wall from the previous deck, which was the clever plan when we made the first one, while still going with something different. Knowing Germany is really stretched out for heavy units, we based this one on Todt Batterie. Big guns! We decided that ER 5 is fully justified because the battery could shoot right across the Channel. This thing is a nasty customer
Next is the Seaplane Base. Based on the numerous small bases in the Pacific. This one took a bit of conversation to work out exactly what would be best for the SAs. We wanted to add value to existing Sea Basing units, but making sure to not make everything overpowered. We ended up with a fun unit we think eveyone will like.
