As for Chokai, well the info on the torp line will have me now looking again at these units. At first pass through that paragraph though, I'm about as confused as weeds seemed to be when writing it!

Thanks. As for the miniature to use it depends on how picky you are. Effingham ended up looking pretty unique with one stack removed. The only other British cruisers with one stack were the Leanders and are much smaller.
Another interesting factoid about the Hawkins class is the Washington Naval Treaty tonnage limits of 10,000 tons for a cruiser was based on this class.

A friend and myself created our own deck of custom W@S cards similar to the Forumini decks that included IJN cruisers. The biggest challenge we encountered was costing each unit, especially the Nachi and Takao-classes. I think you did a good job with the Chokai.
