Very nice! What paints and colors were used for the hulls and decks?

I used all Vallejo paints. 
For the hull and superstructure, 70867 (Dark Bluegray) drybrushed over a base of 70862 (Black Gray)
For the steel decks 70869 (Basalt Gray) and 70862 (Black Gray) mixed 1:1 and painted over a base of 70862 (Black Gray). The Basalt/Black mix was applied after drybrushing the Dark Bluegray onto the hull and other areas. This gives a subtle weathering without using washes.
For the linoleum "wood" decks, 70828 (Woodgrain Transparent) over a base of 70876 (Brown Sand)  ...note that I do a sloppy job with the brown sand base, then do the drybrushing which makes it look even worse. But once the transparent woodgrain is applied over that (one coat, two tops), it gives it a nice texture - especially around structures on the deck.
For the gun barrels and some of the other trim, 70991 (Dark Sea Gray)
I used a bunch of other colors for trim, lifeboats, cranes and some of the smaller bits, but you get the idea.
I think this gets a kind of snappy looking piece in a relatively short amount of time.
