Spanish Battleship Espana **DONE**

Soarebia for the dutch has an SA that might be applicable.

Again, a new negative SA for an obscure ship in a obscure navy is insult on injury. There are are plenty of ships with vunerabilities that arent picked up.

For example, victory ships were prone to buckling and cracking hulls.

If you must do an NSA, use one of the existing ones. Inactivity for example

She's a hull 3;;
    Schleswig-Holstein is a good example under 20000tons and a belt of 240mm 9.4 inches

I think Raevski's proposed ship looks good; and when you compare it to
  whats it in the game;; a good fit.

 As for the SA's  reading the ships history

  Battery Silencer and Blockade Duty;; really represent her work ; but i think adding something like 
Flotilla Leader goes a long way in giving her and the small but growing Spanish Navy a little game built usefulness 

With 2 Lepanto, 2 C2s, a Canarias, and Galicia with Espana at 16 pts you've got a 70 pt fleet.

Were in the same ball park as Sweden and Greece

Do we really need a new SA for this? Blockade Duty and Battery Silencer seem just fine to me.

I could go either way on flag. This is such a niche ship I don't think it really contributes much to the lack of flagships. But I think it would certainly add a little value to a Spain build.

Blockade duty is a pretty weak and highly situational SA. How ofter do ships go past the objective rank to the opponents side of the map.

I prefer to use combat SAs over auxiliary/installation type SAs, given the duel with velasco - drive off or something?

Edit- Though Canaris has flag 1, this ship can act as a nationalist or republican ship. So i think flag 1 will be a good addition
