Most of this is small fry and senerio pieces but I figured I would create content to discuss and half fun with. I tried to keep it focused on navy units not Luftwaffe.
Ships
Friesenland Catapult Ship - Former owned by Lüfthansa and used for sea planes - one of the newer larger ships (1937, 6813 tons) - seaplane detachment, sea plane repair, forward placement.

Kanonenboot 1941 - (fantasy) gunboat, sub-hunter - first German ship designed with a helicopter flight deck and armed with 6 depth charge launcher.

AA Battery Hulk - take your pick, can be placed by an installation and has the ability to sit in shallow water and fire on aircraft that are placed over the installation as long as the AA Battery is adjacent.

Sperrbrecher(pathfinder) - A unit created to make a path through mine fields as an escort for larger ships and u-boats. There where equipped with VES-System (large magnetic field), heavy AA, and balloons - total senerio piece but interesting unit.

R-Boat - small coastal mine sweeper - slower cousin of S-boats - they where used for almost everything and used heavily in the invasion of Norway.

Donier Do 18 - early sea plane - 39, it was obsolete but was Germany's only seaplane at the opening of the war - it was mostly used for recon in the North Sea and training.
