So the Goliath, oddity that it is, does anyone have it & if so, does it ever see the gaming table? I ended up with 4 of them & have never used them. Tell us your experiences with them if you have used it or just your thoughts & opinion of it. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Ive used them many times. They work great if you can get them in close before you launch them (the closer they are the more successful they tend to be). They tend to keep armor away from any assaults when they are skulking around. On the flip side a bad range roll can render them useless. They don't disallow cover rolls which IMO is a mistake. If one drives under your tank and explodes why should a cover roll apply....your toast!
Reading the card, it appears you could use a vehicle with the Transport ability to get the Goliath to a favorable range before launching it. That is, as long as the transporting vehicle doesn't get taken out prior to dismounting & getting into a good launch point. Am I correct in that line of thinking? I might have to give this unit a test drive sometime...could be interesting...

Yes, a fighting platform makes a nasty combo, no worries about the dismount

After reading the post regarding using Fighting Platform, I can see how the Goliath can be quite formidible, get close during movement, launch & not have to dismount & create problems for the target unit. Thanks Ober, now I want to try it out. I do agree that there should be no cover roll since it would be under a tank/vehicle & as I recall, it carried a hefty load of explosives, so infantry would get a nasty dose of KABOOM as well.
I have seen it used a few times but not as a mainstay piece.
It can be hard to get it close enough but a successful roll can eliminate good units. Otherwise IMO- the points are better spent on upgrading infantry to vets or heroes.
