Light Shore Battery

In designing and playing many early war scenarios I have come across numerous forts/batteries that don't really fit the HSB. They generally have 4" to 9" guns. The Atlantikwall-15cm is closest, but it is for a specific instance and probably has extra elements factored in to give it a firepower higher than a mere four 6" guns would warrant, such as radar. I also don't like using Axis cards for allied purposes and vice versa. These are the ones I have encountered thus far:

Hel batteries, Wake batteries, Mers el Kebir batteries, Dakar batteries, Numerous Finnish and Norwegian batteries/forts.

I'm sure ther are many others.
