Help With Custom Cards Database

I have a project that I have been working on for a while now. I am creating a database of all of the War at Sea cards that I can find.
I will not currently go into all the benefits of such a database, but I feel most of you will appreciate the benefits without the need of my spelling them out at this time. I have gathered/created/edited all of the cards that I could get my hands on and organized them by nation, and suborganized them by general type into photo albums. I am now at the somewhat daunting task of creating Word files by ship class of every card available in that class including duplicates. After this, I plan to make a master Word document of one card for every ship that has one, weeding out duplicate cards of the same vessel. As I finish these, I would like to make them available in both Word and PDF documents on this forum, for both printing and general reference.
However, I don't know how to provide those on a forum format. Would someone please explain that process to me?
Also, as they become available, if you notice any missing cards, please provide them to me so that I can add them. Furthermore, if you have access to better copies of any of the cards, please provide those as well.
Finally, it is not my intention to take credit for any of these cards, as I have not made any myself yet; this is merely an attempt to organize and make available to the community all of the hard work that has been dedicated to this game that we all enjoy, and, in some small way, to fulfill the original intention of the game: to provide a tool that brings to remembrance the events of the past, and the men who rose to the task at that time and did what had to be done that we might live in the world that we live today.
