You guys have probably seen this method before, but I just watched an old Doctor Faust's Painting Clinic video where he used silly putty to set his camo pattern. I did the same on my Grant troop. Here are a couple WiP shots:
Basecoat of Firefly Green/Russian Uniform. Need some touch-up and to work on details & tracks, but I'm pretty happy with these so far. I tried to emulate the camo on the models on the Flames of War website.
First with silly putty:
