I don't know of any... The 18-die range-1/range-0 attack would be difficult to use, especially since it is a speed-1 unit. It could be interesting though, maybe with coastal deployment.

I had been thinking about these lately, with my fondness for aux units.
Running an invasion or landing scenario would see some use for these. The problem is how to you put a point cost on something with that extreme rocket barrage. Unless you go about creating an SA specifically for it, like - Installation/Island Bombardment: Once per game, this unit can make a range 1/range 0 rocket bombardment of XX dice against an island (or installation) on your enemy's side of the map. If there is no installation, you earn 10 victory points.
Personally, seeing that they were basically tin cans with rockets inside, I would add on a 'Highly Flammable' SA that the Oilers have from the Forumini decks.
It would be doable, but a very situational or scenario dependent card. With just the one 5-inch gun you'd have main gunnery similar to Gunston Hall you'd probably only have the 2/2/2/- and then a smaller AA roll like 5 dice, maybe 4, although some of the LSMs did shoot down multiple planes.
Worth investigating, i am thinking some sort of SA "bunker buster" which allow an attack on installation with 10-12 die. Against ships it would be near useless.
I finally read the thread title in the right way. Are these for the Mars Invades scenario or for going after the Nazi moon bases?
Seriously though, I can see it as a scenario piece. The rockets, while primarily an anti-installation weapon could maybe be a saturation attack against a sea zone. "Roll this many dice against every Ship in the zone." Though it should be a single digit dice roll than, for that sea zone attack.
They also had inadequate anti-aircraft direction, so wouldn't be as effective as late-war USN ships with similar AA weaponry.
