What would you do to make a card for Technical Sergeant Dunham? He used improvised camouflage made of bedsheets to help him take out three German machine gun nests by himself despite being shot through the back.
Not to be outdone by his Medal of Honor action, he returned to the front 2 weeks later and hid while his platoon was surrounded and surrendering. The Germans found him the next day but he outsmarted them and returned to friendly lines.

Been meaning to reply again for a while, but life has gotten in the way. *SIGH*
Anyway, I have some other possible ideas for you. One of the very first card makers on the original WOTC website (before the FIRST Forumini) was "Sharpe". His "Sharpedia" had hundreds and hundreds of cards (maybe over a 1,000...never stopped to count).
He had 4 cards that I thought might help:
(1) 442nd RCT
This is the Nisei (i.e. 2nd-generation Americans) unit comprised of Japanese-Americans from Hawaii and the Mainland US. It is the MOST decorated unit for its size and length of service in US Military History, including 21 Medals of Honor!
Speed: 1 Def: 4/4 AI: 9 8 - AV: 2 - -
Close Assault 8 Steely Resolve 2 Hard Charger "Medal of Honor" (this is what I thought you'd be most interested in!) - When unit is attacked, roll 2 dice. On 11+, place US controlled Honor-Bound Hero in hex. Resolve overstacking in next Movement Phase.
(2) Alaska Scouts
Sharpe gave this unit an SA of:
"Blending In" - When in cover, unit cannot be attacked by vehicles or indirect fire at long range.
(3) Solomon Islands Constable This card is based on the incredible story of Jacob Vouza.
Speed: 2 Def: 5/5 AI: 9 7 5 AV: - - -
Hero Hand-Hand 12 Superior Camouflage [There was also an SA called "Home in the Jungle", but I don't think that would apply in your case].
(4)Doomed Lancer
This was a Polish Cavalry unit, so I won't list the stats, as they'll be different from an Infantry unit. The SAs were:
Hero Hand-Hand 12 "Savage" - Unit may make TWO Hand-to-Hand attacks in its Assault Phase.
Again, I don't think any one card would work, except for the 442nd RCT perhaps [maybe use that card with a Camo SA or two?]...my goal is to give you SAs to consider so you can think about the best combo.
