How it works:
You will post in this thread that you want to participate. I will update the Participants section regularly. You will also post with your participation notice whether you are willing to give AAM, WAS, AAAF or any combination thereof, as not everyone plays every game. Ill match people up accordingly. You may give AAM and receive AAAF, thats the luck of the draw.
You will PM me your shipping address.
I will assign everyone a recipient. You will not receive from the person you are sending to, with the possible exception of geographic/shipping cost issues.
Create a wishlist and post it. I will create a Secret Santa Wishlist thread for them to be posted in.
Your sender will check your wishlist and send you something. Your sender DOES NOT have to send you something from your list. They may choose something else at their own discretion. You can send something you have, or order something from a Sponsor, whatever works for you.
After it being suggested I should set a minimum so someone doesn't get a subchaser or untested recruit, I have decided to set a minimum of approximately $5. Don't think you have to spend/give a substantial amount. Again, it's not about that. I just want to make sure nobody gets totally shafted. And when I say minimum, don't think that means you're cheaping out by using that number. Give what you're comfortable with.
No custom painted minis unless the recipient specifies in their list that they will accept custom painted minis. Different people have different tastes with items like this and we need to respect that. Likewise, if you are willing to receive custom painted minis, say so in your wishlist.
On the shipping label write Forumini Secret Santa so the recipient knows prior to opening.

Do not open your packages until Christmas Day (Dec. 25th) local time. I will make a thread prior to this for everyone to post what they got. You may or may not include pictures of your gifts. Due to the time of year and shipping issues, some may not arrive prior to Christmas. Please be aware of this going in.
Deadlines
Participants must have PM'd me their shipping address on or before 2100 hrs Eastern Standard Time on Sunday, November 26th. Likewise Participants must have wishlists posted on or before 2100 hrs Eastern Standard Time on Sunday, November 26th. I will try to get everyone their recipients on Sunday, November 26th.
I used to give a shipping deadline. This time I'm not going to bother, as I don't think we need it, and I can't really enforce it anyway. Please get it sent as soon as possible as shipping can get held up during the busy Christmas season.
Select a shipping option that has a decent chance of getting there in 4 weeks. That may not always be possible due to the busy time, but try your best. I'm not saying you need to spend $30 to overnight it either.
Additional Notes

You may not participate if you are on the Bad Traders List.
You may end up having to ship internationally. If that is a serious issue for you, say so and I'll try to accommodate everything. Canadians will not send to other Canadians unless they request to because it costs 2x as much as shipping from Canada to the U.S. I'll try to find people cheaper shipping partners as well as partners that will have shorter shipping times, but this may not be possible in every case.

Please dont clog up this thread or the Wishlist thread with random posts of how you like or don't like this endeavour. I appreciate your comments and concerns, but it makes it a pain in the rear end to organize the information I need to collect. If you want to comment, start a new thread in the Lounge.
And I know everyone is polite enough to not gripe about "I sent someone X and only got Y from this bozo." That's how it works, if you're not willing to accept that, don't participate. It's about good will and comraderie.
One additional note this year:
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. I do not like having to PM people for information they should have already provided. It bogs things down and adds extra work for me.
