Any plan to have the Argentinian and Chilean counterparts to Minas Gerais?
That will be up to the team that makes the next deck. We added Brazil and Turkey in this deck. That is the first time two new countries have been added in one deck. I think Argentina and Chile would be best categorized as neutral for the purposes of the game. They were strongly pro-Axis for most of the war, and finally only declared war on the Axis in late 44/early 1945 when it became obvious which side was going to win. I have no doubt that issue will probably lead to another "discussion."

There was as challenge a couple years ago, now, to write up a deck list if you were in charge.
I'd love to see your list of 72 cards.
Not being snarky. Legitimate interest.
Thats a bit subjective as was my opinion on these two units; their is and will be interest in units of this ilk, just not for me. I'm more the FM-2 type of unit; a B-25 P-38, Jill etc. are good examples of air unit worth changing a bit; adding IMO a lot more value to the average build than this stuff. As for the operational units; sorry i don't get the premise; they are redo's made more useful; a good thing. What i liked about RB's Sho Go Yamato both units can fit in the game he did it with year of entry something i think failed with the Hood remake. The one thing i would do different is correct under cost units doing a Coral Sea Zuikaku only muddles the obvious. As for fantasy something like Peder Strasser did wonders for a second fantasy class unit; lot of nice correction and balance to an expected enemy, now compare that to Painleve, you guys can pat yourself's on the back, but that unit as done only brings more muddle to the game. To me its not so much what i like or don't like but how expansion went about making and redoing units from the beginning. The few mainly behind that, i think we know who, did what they thought best for the game and they very well may be right. If I was Charles in charge i would have done thing different from the beginning; THATS A STORY FOR ANOTHER LONG POST. But saying we are scrapping the bottom; no this game has a lot more to offer.

A small group of passionate players, including myself, tried to garner more support to include ships from the ABC nations into one deck. The intent being that including Brazil by itself makes little sense without Brazil's biggest "threats" and likely combatants - Chile and Argentina. Kinda like making a WW2 Western Front film and missing out the Brits and French.
As the timeline of WaS has grown beyond the strict confines of '39 to '45 participants, including the unique "hotspot" of South America would've been an opportunity.
Unfortunately this small group of forum members lost out against the more popular Big 7 fantasy ships and 4th+ unit variants.
So now we have Brazil all by herself... with perhaps ONE of the remaining ABC's in the next deck and the remainder 2 decks away... Ugh...
As a team, there was talk about having all three in this set. But it was better to spread out the BBs over several sets to prolong the life of the sets. We are starting to look thin for axis BBs in particular.. We rushed Germany putting to many rates in every set.
