I just saw this. R.O.U.S. moved away from San Diego a bit over a year ago and I think his War at Sea life sort of stayed behind. His new job was going to be keeping him very busy and in all likelihood, War at Sea gamers sparse in his new home state. We miss him a good deal as part of our crew, not just for his sarcasm but he was a valuable sounding board for SAs and especially card costs.
