For the USN a different story; its tough to spend 42 pts on a unit in that navy a DD's firepower can take away your ER.
True ever unit will have it uses but to what extent.
Some may see it different, but game use wise a lower cost is reasonable; other wise i feel it will end as;; do i really want to spend that for what i get
I personally feel its an inter war years unit; something that reason would have prevailed on;
Is it a plus to the game or just another we did it; Again personally as is i don't see the plus.
