Hello new foruminians,
My summer is opening up on the 4th of June and I'll have more time for fun. I'd like to formally start two new games at that time and am looking for opponents. We can start before that but I have big stuff going on in the intervening period. Shoot me a pm or post here and we can get started. It would be fun to do a Midway game or two in light of the anniversary but I am flexible on pretty much every parameter. Let's get going!

mnnorthstars, I'm game. If we really want something that feels right, how about this. Random map with 2 squalls (D6, E6). 1942 for a year. 500 points. IJN must take Hiryu, Soryu, Kaga, Akagi. IJN may not take Shokaku. USN must take Enterprise, Yorktown and (cringe) Hornet. USN may not take Lexington. No TBF Avengers. No more than 1 TBF-1 Avenger. USN may not take a BB worth more than 50 points. IJN can take Yamato, but none of the Fantasy BBs (Amagi, Tosa, etc).

I wish to have no connection with any ship that does not sail fast; for I intend to go in harm's way.
