Damage is persistent between rounds of battles
Each ANBs can repair 1 hull point after each round of battle of ships on that map Players can costruct new ships/subs/installations at the end of each round equal in hull points to the number of ANBs that player controls. These deploy the unit on a map with an undamaged ANB or ship with vital cargo. Only one new ship/sub/installation per map, per round. FAS, Carriers and seaplane bases can build 1 squadron of aircraft at end of a round of battles only if they can base on that unit/installation at the start of next turn. Landbase limit in a battle equals FAS's on adjacent maps where there are no enemy units.
I'm open! Also remember installations can be placed in the open ocean sectors within 2 of the starting line IF there's no other place to put them, at least in W@S rules.
I can play Japan, but would also be interested in playing the USN...
Yeah, i thought placing that restriction makes island sectors more valuable given its not to difficult to build installations. Or leave installations exposed to the enemy.
I don't have a faction preference. I'd even be open to red v blue
