Okay, so I said I wasn't going to do anything else. But I realized it looked wrong to have Allied card examples on the Axis commanders. Fortunately, it only took me half the time (about 4 hours!) to make the IJN version of the hat from the USCGC hat. Anyway, if you look up thread at the new Mikawa front you will see the graphics for the Axis commanders.
