I'd prefer Kamikaze Ferry - Friendly units ignore Uncertain Arrival.
for ease of use, and the weirdness of carrier launched kamikazes.

I like the compromise for the kamikaze’s. I’m curious why there’s the expert ASW SA. It was mentioned way back at the start but fluff wise, it seems odd to give her direct combat SA’s since she never actually saw combat.

Hosho is the only way for Japan to access Expert ASW, and that’s not a very good ship. I agree that it’s wonky to put an Expert on a carrier like this, but it’s a pretty mild one and would be a big help for game play. While the Allies can regularly roll four aerial ASW dice, it’s rare for the Axis.
