Everyone okay with this? Do we want Harassing Fire 3 as well? IMO it is a zero cost SA. Cost of 7 would still be consistent with other 7 pt Destroyers of this size/stats with Close Escort.
Close Escort - The sector this unit is in can contain three friendly Ships instead of two.
HARASSING FIRE 3: While undamaged, this unit can make range-3 Main Gunnery attacks using its range-2 attack value. It only scores hits on a 6 when using this ability.
Soviet shipbuilding was unable to match the complexity of the modern destroyer Tashkent. Thus a simplified derivative was sought. Initially, 14Project 48 destroyers were planned but none were ever completed and only 3 were ever started. Post war, modernised was proposed the incomplete hulls but never eventuated

Suggested flavour edit (for smootheness): Soviet shipbuilders were unable to match the engineering of the Italian-built destroyer Tashkent, leading to the authorization of a simplified derivative. This class would have been armed with the same twin-mount 5.1 in/50 guns installed on Tashkent. While 11 or 12 of these 'Project 48' destroyers were planned, only 3 or 4 were started, and none completed. A post-war design to modernized the incomplete hulls was proposed, but these designs remained unused, and the hulls were discarded.
