Then the question is should we consider my proposal? It would put it in-between the original US TBF at 14 pts and the Barracuda at 12 points with solid differentiation between the three.

In fact, I think it would be the best deal of the lot.

I was with you a few months back but i did some hunting for sources.

The avengers that hit hagaro weren't issued with torps, and bombs were the second option. So it seemed from that source that torpedo bombing was the preferred tactic.

I think its a fair change.

So I will make the change. I think it will be a very competitive option. If I am not sure if I am going up against a fleet of BBs and or CVs, or a fleet of cruisers and DDs, this one will be the best "switch hitter" IMO. I can see using it for sure.
