AVOID ENGAGEMENT: At the end of the Sea Movement phase, if there are enemy Ships within range 3 of this unit, you may move this unit one sector away from the nearest enemy Ship.
HARASSING FIRE 4: While undamaged, this unit can make range-4 Main Gunnery attacks using its range-3 attack value. It only scores hits on a 6 when using this ability.
Staying true to the specific battles, Gorizia's scoutplane promted the italian ommander to disengage, although this came too late and the cruisers were already tangling. Suits her career long term, she always seems to be on the perhipery of fights

Named for a city on italy's eastern border which saw intense fighting in world war war 1. Gorizia was a of a class of well balanced heavy cruisers dating from the period of treaty restriction. By mid 1941 she was the last of her class still in operation. Engaging the allies in 4 major battles before being badly damaged by the USAAF in harbour during 1943. She was never repaired.
My estimate would be about 14 points, The Zara at 12 points serves as a good baseline of what this stat line should cost without any fancy flags or anything. I would say that Avoid engagement seems to me to be worth about as much as the stalwart effect would be and I would probably value Harassing fire at about 1/2 points, it holds the potential to be very valuable in certain circumstances, but even ER4 on a cruiser only seems to add about 2-3 points. so 12+1 or 2 = a cost of 13 or 14. I would opt for 14 as This would also make it similar to the regular Gorizia without, in my opinion making either clearly better as well as preserve the standing of the Zara as the desirable option when looking for the cheap 5armour escort cruiser. So final answer, in my opinion, 14 feels about right to me. but anyway, that is just my quick opinion on the matter. Id love to hear what others think about it!
