Safe Passage - Once per game, select a ship local to this unit. That unit is immune to mines this turn
BATTERY SILENCER: This unit rolls one extra attack die when making Gunnery attacks against Shore Batteries and Installations.
Originally ordered by the Russian Navy in 1913, Bari was taken into Imperial German service in 1914, before being awarded to Italy as a war prize in 1920. During World War II she supported Italian landings in Greece. She continued to be an invasion group flagship and would provide shore support for operations in Montenegro and Corsica. She was sunk by American bombers in 1943, and was further damaged after the armistice to prevent the Germans from putting her to service.

MINES: Once per game, instead of making an attack in the Surface Attack phase, this unit can mine its sector. Place a marker on that sector. Whenever a Ship enters the mined sector, roll a die. On a 1, the Ship takes 1 point of hull damage. On a 2, the Ship takes 2 points of hull damage. Torpedo defense works against this damage.

After taking a closer look at Safe Passage I see another issue.
Safe Passage – Once per game, select a friendly Ship local to this unit. That unit is immune to mines this turn.
When during the turn do you make the selection? I assume at the start of the Sea Movement phase? If so, another detail with the language corrected for consistency.
